General Policy for Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
Specific Steps to Return an Item for Refund or Exchange:
- Please contact us right away with any issues and get a MusicSource123.com Tracking Number indicating you reported the problem and we are looking into it.
- Please look for a MusicSource123.com Authorization Code in your e-mail within 48 hours of your report, that will allow you to ship the return back to us
- We ask that items be returned within 15 days of the delivery date unless other arrangements have been made.
- All returns must include the MusicSource123.com Return Authorization Code on the shipping label
- All returns must have the original receipt included
- All returns must be in their original, unused condition
- All returns must be in the original packaging and contain the origninal documentaion, such as warranties, user guides, and all accessories and packaging.
- Please include a signed letter briefly stating the reason you are returning the item(s).
