Shipping & Returns

MusicSource123 works with its customers, in advance, on an individual basis to insure that each package is sent to you using the best available service for each geographic region. Our goal is to make the shipping process part of the unique MusicSource123.com shopping experience. While we provide speedy and efficient delivery service, we do not lose sight that each guitar or musical gear item is unique and in some cases can not be replaced. We therefore are very committed to using the best carriers or service in your area and communicating with each customer from the beginning to end of each purchase, and from purchase to purchase. At any time throughout the process you need to contact us, please do so via e-mail or phone.

• Valid on shipments to Lower 48 states (USA) over $199.00, and weighing 50 pounds or less. Typical guitars with cases weigh less than 50 pounds, as do most amplifiers. We are happy to discuss shipment arrangements on a per item basis via phone or e-mail to insure the best delivery for your purchase, and shipping location, so please contact us as necessary
• Large packages may require an additional shipping charge, see product description page or shopping cart for estimated shipping cost.
• Not valid on orders shipped to Post Office Boxes.
• Free shipping to APO/FPO addresses limited to 50 lbs. per box and is subject to the same restrictions as domestic deliveries. We are happy to work with you in advance to secure proper shipping arrangements

Most orders shipped via Standard Shipping - UPS - and will arrive in just 5 business days. No delivery on weekends.

• Orders sent via Standard Shipping typically arrive in just 5 business days, but not guaranteed. We are happy to provide you with any tracking numbers necessary!
• Certain items, such as special order or oversized shipments may not qualify for free shipping.
• If you should return your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit or refund

Shipping for International Orders is figured individually. We are more than happy to work with you for this to find the best price and shipping route for orders outside the contintal 48 states.

Shipping charges must be confirmed via phone or e-mail for each order outside the US Continental 48 States.

• Orders shipping outside the Lower 48 States to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico can only be shipped via air services. Orders shipping to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, and U.S. territories (Guam, Virgin Islands, etc.) are shipped by USPS Priority Mail (3-6 business days). NOTE: Boxes over 70 lbs each cannot be shipped to these locations.
• We are not able to ship Yamaha products to Puerto Rico, Guam, or the Virgin Islands.
• For International Shipping, Alaska, or Hawaii, you must contact us in advance. We are happy to work with you.
